Staring week 2 again

Hi All 👋, thank you for all your kind comments, they are much appreciated.

Week 2 for me wasn’t too bad to be honest, even though I didn’t manage to run all of 90sec runs on any of the 3 days, I did however manage to run a bit longer and further each day. So I’ve decided to do week 2 over again. I’m not ready to move on to week 3 when I’ve not really completed week 2 fully. I’ll keep on posting my journey here as I think it helps knowing I’m not alone.

Great for getting to wk2. It's the right thing to do wk2 again as you shouldn't move on to the next run until you've fully competed the previous .

You are doing the right thing. Always repeat any session that you do not fully complete.

This is the right place to post your progress so many supportive people here

Repeating a run or a week is good it you struggle to complete all the runs of a week, just go really slow so you can get to the end
