Week 2 for me wasn’t too bad to be honest, even though I didn’t manage to run all of 90sec runs on any of the 3 days, I did however manage to run a bit longer and further each day. So I’ve decided to do week 2 over again. I’m not ready to move on to week 3 when I’ve not really completed week 2 fully. I’ll keep on posting my journey here as I think it helps knowing I’m not alone.
