On week 2 run 2 why am I not finding it any easier? I’m nearly dead by the end. How am I ever going to manage week 3?

Struggling week 2

Are you running at an easy conversational pace, as described in the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Slow down, is the commonest piece of advice given on this forum and if you are nearly dead, it sounds as if it applies to you.
You can do this.

Don't give up. If you are really struggling you can always repeat a week. Stick with it, you will be so glad that you did. Good luck !
I also found the stop/start running at the beginning hard. Trust in the programme as it does get better when the runs are more joined up. I know that sounds crazy, but it was true for me.

Keep your run very slow . Walk if you need to . And if you need to repeat a run . C25k is not about speed ;either running fast or completing whole fast . Keep going

You don’t have to keep track with the weeks in th label. I did week 1 twice and week 2 twice. It is YOUR program and no one else can tell you how to do it. If you are struggling and feeling overwhelmed by week 2 then in week 3 actually do week 2 again. I can almost guarantee that after doing that you will be chomping at the bit to do week 3. Well done for getting out there though...
