Week 1 run 2

So happy that I’ve managed to run 2 out of 3 times this week. I’m hoping to do my next one on Friday. I’ve not run in such a long time after having had 2 kids and duffer with chronic back pain. Prior to the above I could run a 10k. I’m finding getting back into it and doing gradual intervals really helpful and hopefully i can work myself back up to a 10k again one day. What’s week 2 like? How long do you run and walk? ❤️ KTF.

Hi. You can preview all the sessions just by tapping on them. It won’t start you off and ruin the course.

Make sure you take it steadily and slowly... rest days too are essential..(non impact strength and stamina exercise is good too on some of those days).

Make sure you stretch well after every run and some back exercises too maybe?
