Last night I completed W1-R1 with a local running club. A good old natter with a friendly group of beginners certainly made it a pleasant experience. Bring on the rest of the program.

Week 1 run 1, the hardest run of them all! Great that you enjoyed it, one word of warning though, this running lark is very addictive but well worth it.

Great stuff. I saw my local club out this week but haven’t been brave enough.

Sounds like a good experience!
