I started this a couple of weeks ago, first 2 weeks were ok.

I feel i am already recovering quicker, not getting to much out of breath.

This morning was Run 1 Week 3 - the 3 min run was hard and now i ache, shins and calves, hope they recover before the run Wednesday.

Thanks. I'll give them a try, only do the warm up and cool down walk atm

Hi again, I don’t know if you’ve read this, but it basically tells you everything you need to know. There is also a link to some warm up exercises too. It’s quite a long read, so make yourself comfortable 👍😁
