10 months ago I completed the Couch to 5K challenge. After a few good months of 30 minute runs by November 2017 I had reduced that to a 1 mile run every other day. This was down to a combination of things; promotion at work, diagnosis of an under thyroid, weight gain but mostly overall laziness. I decided to come back as I remember how encouraging everyone was and I definitely need that in my life again!
I really want to get back into running longer distances. I skipped week 1 and have already rerun the following 3 weeks of Couch to 5K and will be starting week 5 again this week! I am slightly nervous as I haven't run longer than 15 minutes at a time in many many months.
Fingers crossed I get through week 5!
