Just finished the 3 week 1 runs. Feeling a bit apprehensive about week 2 but going to give it a try. Have put my 3 runs on Map my Run and have run/brisk walked a bit further on each one.

Welll done . Hope your other runs go well too

That's great ! The hard part is getting started and you've done that. If you have completed W1 you should be well prepared for W2, hope it goes well for you and do let us know how you get on. Good luck !

You really will be fine. Pace yourself slow and steady and trust the programme :)

Thank you ! I have heard a few people say to keep the pace down, really good advice.

Congrats on completing w1 :) Being apprehensive is normal. I was like that all the way through :) Trust in the programme and trust in yourself. You'll be fine. Good luck :)

Well done you! Just take your time and keep it nice and steady. Don't worry about speed until you have completed the program.

Thank you ! I think the advice re speed is sound. I tend to be quite impatient and want to rush off (not that I would get very far just yet) but I have managed to keep the pace down so far.
