Week 1 Run 1

Run 1 yesterday with my daughter Laura. I’m 54, she’s 26. So far, so good. Found it okay. Legs are a little achy this morning but looking forward to run 2 tomorrow.

You’re off the couch and on the plan - it’s a great feeling isn’t it Wattytoofatty! Take it slow, really slow, stay hydrated and read Iannoda Truffe’s pinned post for newbies and you’ll be fine! And let us know how you get on as well!
