Congratulations on starting C25K! Itโ€™s an amazing program and youโ€™ll be running non-stop before you know it! Just be sure that you start off each run super slowly (not much quicker than walking pace really) and that should help you get through each run. Good luck ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Great job starting- yeah even if you missed a few runs you still did more than you have before! I'd suggest have a rest day before you try again though, it really does make a difference and you dont want to wear yourself out/ injure yourself.

Good old Sarah cheering you on, I use her too :)

Fantastic effort!

I agree with Parky88, even if you didnt complete it today, you've likely done more than your body is used to. So take a rest day and then go again.

And as Rhedeg2019 says, start off much, much slower. There really is no pressure to run at any pace. Take it easy :-)

Well done for getting going. Keep posting!

Feel proud of yourself! My first attempt at W1R1 I couldnโ€™t believe how many runs there were in it - 8 seemed a LOT. Next time will be better, at least it was in my experience. but please make sure you have a rest day between each run - you will enjoy it more and get much more out of it.
