Another one ticked off. It felt good to run for 28 minutes but I ran at a slightly slower pace as I was feeling the strain of going back to work today and climbing up and down a few flights of stairs numerous times to top up my water bottle! I’m in the middle of marking assignments and was late to get to the gym but I was determined to complete it and I think I now have the honour of being the last to leave the gym before it closed 😂

Well done! I did this one on Tuesday, very slow but glad to make it to the end.

Well done that’s amazing. I tried to do my W7R3 tonight and I just couldn’t manage it. I have never ever not finish a run before now and I’m so annoyed with myself.

I just felt so rubbish. Anyway I’m going to run it again on Saturday.

You will graduate before me now but I’ll be there chasing your tail.

28 mins and the last one in the gym - fab! 👍🏻

You’ll get there... you’ve already done it 3 times before so you can do it, perhaps sometimes it’s just not there. I really didn’t feel up for it and was tempted not to go but I’m frightened of falling off the wagon as it were so swallowed my pride and slowed down. My next run should be Saturday morning. Keep going, you’re only just behind me. We can do this 😁

Good for you, sounds like you’ve got oodles of determination so I’ve no doubt you’ll be graduating in style very soon 😉

Great you've now completed wk8r1. A slower pace is the best way to get you to the end of each run and builds stamina. Well done you 😊😊
