Omg loved it I do my running on a treadmill, so it was hot but so rewarding and did 5.02k in the 38 mins. So proud of myself because 3 years ago I was 8 stone heavier and couldn't even walk up the stairs and now I can run for a 28 solid minutes feeling emotional is an understatement
