10 days since my last run

Unfortunately I’ve spent the Christmas period on the IC with a bad knee. Consoled myself with some yoga yesterday as I now can at least walk on it pain free, but might be a while before it’s ok to run on again. Good luck to everyone starting out with C25K tomorrow, and to all on here I wish you success with your running goals in 2020!
