Hi Isal19 , sorry to hear you’re not feeling well...I’m just getting over my annual cold and I hate what it does to my energy levels, keeping me from getting a decent run under my belt...

Well done on getting to week 4, that’s a great achievement,...maybe by the time Thursday comes around you might feel better and have a little more energy but you must listen to your body, you don’t want to set off on a run only to be disappointed by not quite making it? If I were you, after 9 days of not running and and another 3 before you’ll get a chance to run, I would be tempted to repeat the last run of week 4 and see how you feel...week 5 has the big one at the end so you need to prepare for that one...don’t be hard on yourself, you need to fully recover, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated

Yes I would be inclined to repeat week 4 before moving on

I see you have your answer, so will just add, rest when you can and if you still feel rough on Thursday go for a little walk even 10 minutes will make you feel you have done something and give you a smile then repeat last run gently when you feel well enough

If it was just a head cold and nothing else i would have said go for it. But you are lacking in energy so no don't run get better first. Good luck 😊😊
