Well first run completed and feeling very happy. First day back at work today after Christmas - very tempted to start in New Year but decided to go for it and make a start in learning a new skill. Feels good - hope I feel the same in the morning 🤪

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week, good luck for your running journey, just take all the runs slowly and keep ridgidly to the program, no running on consecutive days because you could get a injury, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1. 😊 🏃🏾

Well done! I didn’t want to till the New Year to get started either. 😀

Well done you 👍

I figured that I didn’t want this program to feel like a new year resolution so psychologically just good to get started. 😉
