Just completed W5R3, thanks for all the supportive comments regarding my fears for this run. All went well and I’m sure I can now go on and graduate in a few weeks

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done! I think W5R3 is the toughest in the whole program. Going from interval running to a 20 minute non stop run is psychology a massive step forward. I actually did this a few times before moving on. From here on in, I think it actually gets easier!

Fantastic effort, just keep the faith in yourself and the plan. Happy running

Well done! You see, this running lark is as much about mental preparation and focus as it is about getting those legs moving :-).

The body can so often do far more than our mind thinks it can.

Great to see your progress. Everybody is here to cheer you along and support you right to the end (which isnt too far away now!)

Well done Galphay1! With week 5 under your belt you’re nearly there! I think wk5 was the real point where I realised I could do it and not only that but I really, really enjoyed the running. For me wk5 was the point where it turned from a ‘I’m going to finish this’ to a lifestyle commitment - so, welcome to the tribe fellow runner😁

Well done! I found the first 2 week 6 runs a bit underwhelming in comparison but just about to move to run 3 and then no walking intervals at all again! Excited! Hope you post again about how you get on!
