So I’m in serious need of getting off the couch (sun lounger) and moving more! I’m currently on holiday in Spain for another 9 weeks and thought this could be my perfect opportunity so long as It does not turn it into a bar crawl 🙊

Tomorrow I will go to decathlon and grab some comfy running gear and then I have no excuse!

Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 i can do this.

Good luck to anyone else starting and well Done to all the established runners 🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

Hmmm one thing I’d never think of exercise being addictive! I’m more of a chocolate 🍫 addict lol! I will keep posting as I go 👌🏼

Thank you ☺️

Good for you! Just take it nice and slow and you'll be fine. The first week is the hardest, so just take it nice and steady and let us know how you get on
