Down at my mum's and I feel I may have a cold coming on (lots of sneezing) but I am itching to get out for my final run before more family arrive and I get trapped on the sofa 😂 can't believe how much c25k has changed me! Not even sure where I can run or if I will have enough reception for the app to work! Might just have to time myself!
