Yay....Just finished 5K in 30 minutes,

my last run of the series! I’ve lost 1 1/2 stone in weight. Excellent programme! Still can’t believe I’ve done it considering I used to get out of breath doing my shoe laces up! For anyone that’s just beginning or half way through, keep going, you will be a bit achey but it’s so worth it!

That’s amazing - well done. I’ve also graduated this week but nowhere near 5K in 30 mins. Not sure I’ll ever get to that 🤦🏼‍♀️ 🥇🏆👏🏻👏🏻

Brilliant. Glad you mentioned the achey bit cos mine are very sore today. I like reading posts from people who have completed the process because it keeps me going. Only weeks 8 & 9 to do then who knows what the future holds..

Wow... that is very impressive!!!!

I am 5 weeks post graduation and still not getting anywhere near in 30 mins! Still doing the 30 mins 3 times a week tho (apart from 2 weeks off in Kefalonia ;-))

I can now start to work on time and distance, just bought bought a running machine to make sure I have no motivational problems come the the dark nasty winter nights. Got to keep going to justify the purchase!

I will try a park run soon to get to 5k but at the moment golf has priority on Saturdays..
