I have finally completed the programme!! 😂🔥🏃♀️ It feels like such an achievement, went back for my final run to where it all started and couldn't believe the extra distance I had to run.... even had a fly by from the Red Arrows!! To anyone just starting out, believe in yourself, the programme will get you through!!
