Thanks for this app and the team behind it, without them not sure I could have completed the 5K run. Just completed the W9 R3.
I am a 50 year old man with a habit of 15 cigarettes a day. Stopped smoking in Jan-20 thought that will be the biggest achievement this year. Lock-down came and I had 4 hours free a day as I was not commuting into the office (2 hours each way). Started putting on weight so started walking from April to enjoy the new found free time. One thing led to other and found this app and started to run. I have not run for the past 35 years. Was using the forum as my motivation, Jun 5th was my first run, with the injuries in between completed 5K today. It took me 39 minutes really ecstatic.
So this year not only stopped smoking but started to run as well. Now looking into the cold winter days ahead need to make sure to continue this....
Great effort team and thanks for the advise and motivation
