Well thats it 27 runs, 9 weeks unbelievable! if someone had told me 9 weeks ago that I would run for 30 minutes I would have laughed at them. I would like to thank the c25k admin and mentors and my "virtual" family on this forum without whom I would not have had the inspiration to beat the dreaded gremlins. When you have had a tough run or are about to start a run, the possitive feedback on here by so many (you know who you are) is I think why so many reach graduation. I cannot thank Laura as I have not had the pleasure of her company as I seem to have the wrong app. I would like to my family, my wife for all the extra washing done, Natasha for pushing me to start c25k, Troy for helping me with my breathing and Jono for the technical stuff (good luck for London 2:40 is doable) . I am looking forward to my first parkrun on Saturday, will keep you updated. hope to get my badge soon. Thank you all Patrick.
