Happy Christmas to everyone.

I am on the IC at the moment along with my 2 daughters first time we have all been out of action at the same time.

I am volunteering at Parkrun next Saturday but hoping for a slow jog on New Year’s Day .

Looking forward to more running in the New year.

And lots more Parkrun’s.
