Well I've done w7r1. Last week I repeated W7. Only because I was very stressed. Even after the last run of 25 minutes I was still thinking how the heck can I add more time to what I was already but today I took a big breath & went for it. And. I did it 28 minutes non stop. If I can do it anyone can

I am so inspired by your post. It's taken me a long 9 weeks to get to week 4 but now I feel I can stay with the C25k programme. I'm even listening to the tape for encouragement instead of the stopwatch. I now feel I can donly it too...so thanks.
