Just how is that extra 3 - yes - THREE - minutes, so tiring? I know the answer, it is all in my head really but just as I was feeling relatively comfortable with 25 minutes, having done it 4 times successfully, 28 minutes was really hard. I wish my brain was on my side!! I kept telling myself it's hardly any more than 25 but it didn't work! I did complete it and happy that I did but my legs feel like I did at least an extra 20 minutes :O

Its the theory of relativity. "The faster an object travels, the slower time goes".

You are obviously just too darn fast Bigfatsal !!!!!!!!!!!

Pahahaha I love that, not sure I will ever be guilty of being too darn fast though but I will remember that! Cheers!

Now that you have completed 28 mins, the next 28 should be a piece of cake. (Are we allowed to use the c word on these forums?)

Well done!!! Congratulations ! You are now so close to whole 30 minutes :)

In less than 2 months you made a great progress. Would you think some time ago that you can run for sooo long? It is amazing! Your brain will get used to it, so will your legs ;)

I had this terrible time thing with my last run of "just" 20 minutes. There are days that time slows down, maybe to teach us to enjoy the surroundings or maybe to test our persistent. And you know what? We are persistent as hell! We don't give up! We complete the runs, one by one! If we stumble, we just clean out feathers, and keep flying (I mean running) ;)

You are absolutely right! 2 months ago I wasn't even sure I could restart the programme and even 5 mins was hard! Thank you for your kind words :)
