Twenty eight minutes of running!!! When I began C25K after 28 seconds of running I was getting tired.

Today was a great run, I thought I was a little slower than last week but according Garmin Connect I knocked another 4 secs off my min/km rate.

I discovered why my legs felt like lead on my last W5 run on Friday. I was going down with a mild cold. All back to normal now.

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 8, such a delight on running for 28 minutes non stop, only 5 more runs until you graduate.

It's amazing to look back and see progress isn't it? I'm hoping to do the same in a few months and see the 30 mins as not much of a challenge (in effort, even if I'm not going a lot further or faster). Enjoy your fantastic progress!

Glad you enjoyed it well done! I did same run today and I was slower for some reason and to be hobest I felt the extra 3 min but still managed it and felt great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Its odd after the 5 minute/25% jump from W5 to W6/7 wasn't too hard. The 3 minute 12% increase this week seemed harder.Still we're getting there 👍
