Finished my shift by the beach this morning so straight out for a run along the sea front. 28 minutes I ran for... what on Earth??? If you told me 8 weeks ago I would comfortably be able to run for 28 minutes, enjoy it and be able to carry on (if I was allowed)! Was so beautiful π itβs very much my happy activity πππ

Lovely photo Hattie, for the majority of us who live inland its nice to see a photo of the sea, not long now until you graduate with W9R3. There are many folk who are so pleased with themselves that they can now run for 28 or 30 minutes after the 9 weeks of C25K.
Fantastic to hear this as Iβve got wk7 ahead 3x25minsπ± But I figure if Iβve done it once etc...Well done you !! x
