Week 5 run 3

I have just completed this run which I was completely dreading. Must say it was much better than I expected. Once I got to 10 minutes I felt comfortable although realised my app had paused after I had ran for at least another 5 mins! It then kept pausing until the end so probably ran for even longer. I feel proud now and 5 weeks ago would never have believed I could do it. I was the girl that hid at cross country at school and told people I couldn't run to tge end of the road. Thanks for this forum it really helps πŸ˜€

I'm on Week 4 but have always looked ahead to see what's coming and I too saw week 5 run 3 and went Yikes!!! but having experienced week 4 and then re-looked at week 5, run 2 is 16 minutes, it's just a bit longer without the break in the middle - and everyone else has lived to tell the tale, so now I'm actually starting to look forward to Wk5R3. I must be completely nuts!

Well done you, I think Wk5R3 must be a major psychological achievement in the journey :-)
