It’s taken me a while since I started C25k (pressure of work etc) but am feeling really pleased with myself to get this far. Dragged myself out tonight and by the end felt as if I could have carried on running. I feel as if I’ve found my pace for now although catching myself in the mirror (I run in the gym) the constant advice to run slow kept coming to mind... all I could think was that it doesn’t matter what you look like you’re running 😁The great thing is that I now believe that following this plan and with all the great support here I’ll be able to run for 30 minutes by the end.

It's great when you get to a point when you realise you can run and slow is good and you will run for 30 minutes. Keep doing as you are. Well done you 😊

Thank you. I really appreciate this forum and all the support and encouragement offered. It’s great to hear about everyone’s adventures, the joys and the low points giving a much more realistic idea about what to expect.
