Pleased this seems to be getting easier. I thought I was slow, but was actually faster. I arrived home and still had 5 mins walk to do. Will have to plan longer route. Must NOT give up. So close now. This is the point I've reached twice before. I need to finish this time.

Well done, this time you WILL complete C25K, onwards and upwards to week 8, not too long now until you graduate 😁 πŸƒπŸΎ

Well done. Don’t worry about being slow, it’s the continuous running that matters and your speed will almost certainly increase once you’ve completed week 9 and keep running regularly. Sounds like you’re doing great. Enjoy week 8!

I fell into the trap of running week 7 onwards too quickly without realising it. Take it easy and get through these last three weeks with a smile on your face 😊

And finish you will, great effort. Amazing how quickly you need new longer routes. Doing laps / circuits of car parks features in my runs too often🀣

Thanks all. Hoping I haven't gone to fast. All 3 runs have been with an average pace of 7:21 which seems quite. Quick. That just seems to work for ma as a pace. My last 2 k were quicker than the first. That was a surprise. πŸ˜…

Congratulations πŸ‘.

It's not uncommon to surprise yourself some weeks in. You continue to put in the same effort as the early weeks but you're that much fitter.

You will finish this πŸ‘

We’re doing W7R3 tomorrow so at about the same place as you. I’ve worked out that we might even graduate before Christmas Day. And what a great present that would be. That’s what’s keeping us going!
