Wow, what a difference 10 degrees cooler makes. Week 7 in the bag. A really well controlled, comfortable run. I almost matched my best run from Sunday ๐๐๐ปโโ๏ธ

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 7, it is better to run in cooler weather, onwards and upwards to week 8, not long now until you graduate

Well done. I did my first Week 8 run tonight, totally agree, it was so much better in the cooler weather, though I am missing the sunshine the rest of the time! You'll be fine with Week 8 after this week's runs ๐
It's always 10 degrees cooler in Scotland ๐. Thank goodness for the good old North sea breeze. WK 7 ๐๐....must feel amazing, well done ๐ค

Well done the cooler temperatures really help. Keep it up ๐

Well done ๐

I actually went and looked back at my runs cause I was a little bit gutted I fell short of my Sunday run, turns out I didnโt, I actually beat it by 20 metres. So chuffed right about now โบ๏ธ
