End of week 8.. through the distance barrier

Goodness I thought that’s nearly the whole first half of a football match.. psychologically this was the toughest week for sure.. but I have ended week 8 now and for sure I’m not any particular great fan of the long runs by any means I at least find that getting them done increases self esteem a little more

I feel exactly the same. Mentally hard for me to let go and enjoy them but I’ve just finished week 8 too and almost dreading week 9 😬 So close to the end though now both of us!

Hi, I’m on week 8 but I’m only clocking up 4.1km during the 25mins and 5mins warm up and cool down...
