Perfect conditions, nice and cool but not too cold, hardly any wind, no hangover and no aches or pains.

So I felt good and went for it. P.B. of 29.52.!!

Completely on my arse by the end though.

Well done, that's brilliant. It's taken me a year to do a sub 30 mins! x :-)

Thanks both, now the challenge is to not look like I've been dead for 20 mins at the end of the run.

I am in awe. Especially as with the colder weather I seem to run slower rather than faster. So very well done.

I have never yet run in warm weather. Looking forward to it. Although I always assumed it would be harder.

I find it easier to run when it is not too hot, I have been know to run at 5 in the morning to avoid the heat!

The mere fact to have lighter clothes seems to help, and your body does not have to struggle to keep warm-

Happy running
