Phew! That was a hot, muggy run! Didn't get out until 8.30 and it was already horrid and damp and so so warm!!! We did it though! Legs a bit heavy at the end but no way were we stopping! We thought we'd gone quite slow but was our fastest pace and furthest distance we've run! Odd. Can't say I really enjoyed the run itself but feel so happy to have completed another week! Week 9 starts on Wednesday!!!
