Just over 11 months ago I started C25K having never run. I completed The programme in March / April and other than a month off in August due to illness I’ve kept up 3 5-6km runs a week. This morning I’ve just completed my first ever 10km and in just under 60 mins - I’m totally over the moon!!! Given how hard I found some of the weeks in the programme I can’t believe how far I’ve come. For those currently struggling you can do it!! I just need to decide what my target is for 2020 ... 10km wasn’t planned for 2019!

Wow congratulations, that’s really great, well done 👏
I’ve done a few 10ks now and am still amazed that I can do it. Still chasing the elusive sub 1 hour though, so very envious of your time 😊
