wk 9, run 3......... and I've finished

Just feeling very proud of myself, completed the c25k programme this morning and feel great. Didn't manage to run 5km but a solid 4km in 35mins so still chuffed to bits. I'm planning to run my first Parkrun on Saturday and hope to move on to a 10km programme in the coming months. It has been great reading everyone's posts over the past few months - knowing that a lot of my own worries and anxieties were mirrored by others on the programme gave me the determination to carry on and to get to this point today where I feel this massive sense of achievement and satisfaction. πŸ€“πŸƒπŸ»πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ˜œ thanks again everyone.
