Although I got through about 25 minutes of the last day of week 8 on Saturday, I felt like I owed it to myself to repeat it. So I did. I didn't trip this time. I even ran the same footpath where I tripped on Saturday and I didn't trip. No aches and pains, and I'm back! Yaayyyy.
Onto week 9! I cant believe that in just THREE runs I will complete C25K. Just three runs. I'm onto the LAST WEEK of the program! Whaaaaaat. I can't believe it. I really can't. How did this happen so quickly?!
