Just went on my first run!!! Feel so energised and proud that I managed!! It was not as bad as I thought it would be. My music was a bit rubbish. Any one have a good music list on Google play?? Tia.

Good luck to all those running tmz.

There are some posts on here where people shatred their favourite running music. If you do a search on here for favorite music and filter for c25k then you will have lots of ideas. My current favorite is Don Broco and titanium is my number 1, but I think I need a new one!!

Grest for getting started, just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water per day and not just on run days about 2-3 litres it really helps.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck πŸ€—πŸ€—

I use the free version of Spotify and you can build your favourite playlist

Welcome and well done. You've done the hardest bit πŸ‘

I've been listening to the Strictly dance party on BBC sounds. I also download a few podcasts. Make sure you're music doesn't encourage you to run too fast. Slow is the way to go.

Good luck πŸ‘

Im now almost at week 9 and couldn't believe I'd get beyond week one when I started. If you just remember how many people on this site were once like you and have managed to do more than they ever imagined, I'm sure that will inspire you. Good luck!
