Today's challenge was a full 20 minute run 😲 I didn't think I could do it but plenty of positive mental attitude, good music and my lovely trainer Jo Whiley got me though it. It might take a few more repeats of this 20 minute run but knowing that I can do this will give me the motivation and determination that you can do anything if you put your mind to It 😊

Well done!! I've just completed the same run. It's such a good feeling isn't it 😆 I wasn't sure that I'd keep going for the full 20mins, but I pushed on through!

Week 6 here we come 😊

Well done to You Anne on 🏃 for 20 minutes non stop 🛑 that is week 5 run 3. Be careful with runs 1 and 2 of week 6 which have a few interval walks and runs🏃

Will repeat this run again before moving to the next week. Done if with the 8 minute run too and it worked well. Knowing that I can do it twice gives me the knowledge that the first success was not just a one off 😊
