Today's challenge was a full 20 minute run π² I didn't think I could do it but plenty of positive mental attitude, good music and my lovely trainer Jo Whiley got me though it. It might take a few more repeats of this 20 minute run but knowing that I can do this will give me the motivation and determination that you can do anything if you put your mind to It π

Well done!! I've just completed the same run. It's such a good feeling isn't it π I wasn't sure that I'd keep going for the full 20mins, but I pushed on through!
