5 months since graduating and still going

Ages since I wrote on here but I do keep checking in when time allows as its nice to see others progressing

Since graduating I try to run x3 times a week, I am happy to run for 30 mins for these but if in the mood and have the time will do longer. I dont get hung up about how far I run because for me , I am just amazed I run!!

I was never a runner, most I did was dog walking so to be able to say that this morning I ran non stop for 61 minutes is brilliant, I am more of a 🐌 than gazelle but get there in the end and I am happy with that considering at the start of couch25K I struggled to run a minute, so to all you people out there who are struggling or hesitating to start , take the plunge and you might amaze yourself with what you can do

take care fellow 🐌

So great you are still out and running. Congratulations on your 61 minutes run that really is amazing .

If you wish you can go over to the bridge210k forum and ask for your 60 minutes badge . πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘

Well done.

Are you following a program? Tried C25K+?

Nice to see you are still still enjoying the runs.

Keep at it and keep inspiring and encouraging people.
