Running in the rain ..crazy who would have thought

I got my 5 k run done this morning ..it was pouring down outside but i thought just go and do this ..i have been meaning to get back to 3 runs a week so today was my first ..it was a tough one but im so happy that i did it ...i did a diffrent route and i think it helped ..i was a tad slower but running in windy rain didnt help me but my wee happy pace (only pace ) got me to the end ..one down two to go ...need to dry out my rain jacket now ...keep running everyone and take care ☺️🐌🐌☺️

Nice run you had today and a good time for your 5K Myrar, weather wet and windy now but this morning I went on the bus to Kincardine and had a walk along the side of the River Forth from the Kincardine Bridge to the New Clackmannan Bridge, was windy but sunny at that time.
