Welcome to the forum! You’re doing great... and your best is always more than good enough. Stats aren’t so important... but that’s a mighty fine pace for week 4 intervals. Never fear slowing down if it’s tough out there... it’s about finishing the runs. Looks like you got this though... come tell us all about those runs!
I like to look at stats is all (: I do slow it a bit if I’m struggling but honestly tonight felt like a breeze and I could have carried on running beyond the final five minutes 😅 I’m really looking forward to next week!
Sounds like a perfect run to me... it’s great when it feels easy out there. Good self control to stop. It’s always good to have some left in the tank, but rarely good to use it. We all love our stats... and you’re gonna love comparing that one to a similar run this time next year! Onwards and upwards.
