I am doing this program on a treadmill in a gym. After I have done my run I use some toning machines (on my arms as I Am often jelly like on the legs)! I can’t believe I ran for 5 minutes twice! I thought run one of week 4 was a fluke! I am an over weight mother of two who needs to get fit!!! Hi everyone 👋🏻

Welcome. Great job on the first, and toughest, part of the plan. Your fitness will be rising rapidly... compare your memory of that first 60 second run in W1R1 to your next run’s first 60 seconds and you’ll see that the difference is huge! Enjoy your journey
Your so right and I actually thought about this today running my second lot of the three minute run!!! Can’t believe how far I hve come. Thank you!! 😀😀
No worries... it’ll keep happening, when I ran my first 10k the first half was so much easier than my first 5k... all things are relative. Take some time to celebrate the achievements... during a warmup I remind myself of what I’ve done before... shuts the doubting voices in me head up nicely, for a few minutes at least.
