Well I can hardly believe it.

From wk 1 now wk 5 ready for run 3!

My other half cycled with me last night and said you’re not even out of breath.

Wk 1 run 1 I was out of breath on the warm up walk lol

Soldiering through from having low back ache, hip ache and blisters .

Completed every run , not easily I must say having a scoliosis too and never been to the gym.

Blood pressure now normal ( as high previously )

I’m loving it and just to say this plan is really working .

Love the new me!

If I can do it anyone can.

Congratulations you are doing great. Sounds like you have speed just right. Well done. Happy running

What an inspiring message for all those on their journey. This forum is like stumbling on a magical place where we are all in it together. Well done on your progress and be really proud of what you are achieving.

So good to know it’s working as it’s worked for so many, to run and not be out of breath is great well done

That's just brilliant! You are doing so well, and with lots to contend with. So great to hear how much you are getting from running. It only gets better!

That’s wonderful! Huge well done! 😄 You obviously have judged your “happy pace” well.

Have you had gait analysis and got shoes that are right for you? That would help with blisters. 😄
