I hope so, and everyone keeps saying so. I’ve got W2R3 in the morning and all I can think about is having to run for 3 minutes straight next week!!!

I start week 3 tomorrow and am worrying whether I can do it...but then again I worried whether I could do week 2 but I did it... I think the real key is to try not to run fast just slow and steady... good luck xx

Just done W6R3, looking forward to W7 which is all 25 minutes each. My old games teachers would be amazed. Hopefully this enthusiasm will last. Already thinking about what challenges next once 5k has been consolidated for a couple of months.

Congratulations on contracting the running bug.

I’ve just finished week 6 run 3 (25 mins) and I was the least fit, least strong person I knew and somehow, mentally, I achieved it. Each week was a mental fight to keep going and I slowed it right down and now, 25 mins is all mine. I too am loving it! It’s not easy for me , but it’s certainly fun and I feel great!

Definitely works, I couldn’t run for nothing before I started this programme. I’m recommending it to all my non running friends now
