I went on holidays for a week at the end of September. I've also seemed to have taken a holiday from my c25k journey from then. I want to get back out just wanted to know should I start again from week 1 or pick up starting week 4 this is where I had left off completing week 3. Any advice welcome. Many thanks

Welcome back. Maybe, just head out for a little jogette... just see how everything feels. Your body will tell you what it thinks
Then, if all feels well..start on Week 4.. or if you feel you want a little practice run.. Week 3, run 3; steady and slow as you go and maybe gt across to the strength and flex forum to get all the running body back in trim, with some exercises on your rest days!

Hi I think I started on w2 r3 then did w3 r3 until I found it was getting a bit harder then redid the weeks, good luck!
