Glad I got out there for run 2 today, was a bit worried a one day rest day wasn’t long enough to fix my aching legs but they held up!

Week 1 run 2 done

Well done for getting out there. The runs you don’t think you can do in the early weeks but do any way will set you up for the later ones. If you go slow slow slower any run on C25K will possibly so stick to the plan keep the faith and keep us updated as you progress. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great for getting back out for run2. Make sure you stretch after every run and keep well hydrated. Well done you 😊😊

Well done for giving it a try and completing it. I don’t know if you do the pre and post run stretches (links in the How to post), but I find they help massively 😁

Wk1 r2... I found the first half really hard because of stiff legs. Second half wasn't easy but easier. But I found that my recovery time was quicker and wk1 r3 was much better all round.
But... I did need two days break before starting wk 2!
You're gonna be just fine.
Well done for continuing I completed w1r2 last night and thought the same, but felt much better for powering through. 🤞🏻 for w1r3

Sometimes moving again is exactly what stiff, achy muscles need to loosen them up. Pain is different though! That's a stop and think warning 😀. Well done for completing the second run

👍Excellent Chris you are into the program now!! Onwards and upwards!!

Well done Chris! 😎
Getting stronger with every run!

Well done Chris. Good luck with your last run of week 1. You’re almost on W2 already. 👏👏

Good job...yes, it tends to be like that with rest days! You think on the day after a run, I'm never gonna be ok for tomorrow! Then the body does it's thing and mostly by run time you're just fine 😊
