Week 1, Run 2 Done

Surprisingly I didn't have too many aches after run 1, and after the tips & advice you kindly gave me, I enjoyed listening to the week 1 podcast, music makes such a difference! I'm so glad I found this forum 😀

I'm on a treadmill at the moment as I'm a larger lady and a bit self conscious, but I'm on holiday next week so I'll be out and about at the crack of dawn to keep it going!

Well done on progress so far and for your determination to keep going. Most of my runs have been in three places and it really makes a difference to freshen things up a bit. My guess is you'll enjoy running somewhere different next week. Enjoy your hols!

Absolutely brilliant-go you! Holiday runs can be really fun. Take it’s extra steady since it’s a little different outdoors with the terrain, the weather, the potential to get lost (!!!) but I think you’ll love it. Can’t wait to hear how you get on!
