Week 2 - Run 1 Done

I went out for drinks with friends the previous evening so was a little worried that I would be worse for wear for my next run. I felt a bit dehydrated so drank some water before I started.

I concentrated on keeping my pace steady and the run went really well. The legs are no longer aching, so the calf muscles are also getting used to the exercise, which is fab. Roll on Run 2 :)

Well done, Tiptopcat...your positive attitude will see you through to Graduation I'm quite sure, that's the one thing I found, keep thinking positive and the weeks just fly by.
