Yay totally rocked it! Not sure if I ought to be picking the pace up a bit? Is there a right or wrong on how tired I should be after perhaps?

Nope.... keeping a happy pace is better than being really fast to begin with. Our feelings after the run, all depend on levels of existing fitness, the exertion, time of day, body weight etc, etc, etc. So what is tiring for me may not be for you. The main thing is whether it was so easy, you really didn't notice the difference between the run and the walking parts.

But even if that is so, following the plan gives you a nice safe way of reaching the 30 minutes running, without fear of injury.

But you sound very happy and happy running will keep you on plan...

Good luck with the rest of Week 2

Nope... keep it slow and steady at this point.... you just warm up well and then you head into it slowly... and keep it slow)

The trick is.. always feel as if you have a little bit left in your tank at the end of each run... if you have not.. then slow down more:)

Well done you!

I don't feel tired after my runs I feel energised. Mine definitely are slow and steady but it has worked for me so far. I'd say don't worry about pace that'll come naturally but trying to go too fast too quick may lead to an injury :)
