Week 1 Run 2 done

BEESKI.....there are a few of us chaps on here that are built for comfort and not for speed.
Take it slowly and the fitness and breathing will improve. Its when you go hell for leather out of the blocks that its a problem.
Take the rest days inbetween the runs.
Looking forward to the 'W1R3 Completed!' post on Sunday.
Have a great weekend my fellow joffler!

Well done! You should be really proud. Keep up the good breathing and if you feel like you have to stop just slow right down, but don't give up!

Heavy legs could be poor hydration or fuelling, but it sounds like you have a handle on this.
Go you.

Slow and steady does it...and well done you!

Beeski you will understand when I say that there are times when you should take your time and not rush, speed isn't important, let your body adapt to the exercise you are doing, you can work on your speed later.
As OldFloss says, slow and steady and as Luke Skywalker says in the new film trailer, Breathe, just breathe.
You will amaze yourself on the things you didn't know you could do.

Well done - keep on running!
